Karbonn Mobiles — service center and its process and products

Hi, I bought a karbonn mobile, model no A12* in November, 2014. But with in few months its battery was got damaged and i go to the service center and replace it in 15 days time period. After replaced the battery now the handset is heated in simple use. Again i go to the service center and submit the set and now its over 1 months 15 days everytime service center says that your set is pending due to parts.
