[Resolved]  Karbonn Mobiles — service centre harassment

I had taken my Karbonn Titanium S5 Plus to this service centre Laxmi Telecom at 29/2 Sahapur Road New Alipur Kolkata-700053 on 19th June 2014. as the camera was not working properly.I was told my camera got damaged and I need to have a new camera.I paud an advance of Rs.400/-.I came back home and then after a little bit of experimenting found that only the cover panell on my camera got scratched and my camera was perfectly fine.I called up the service centre and asked them to refund my money.But unfortunately I got harrased a number of times in getting my money refunded.Finally i got it on 15th November 2014.So i would like to atleast take an action against the service centre on such bad customer service.
