[Resolved] Karbonn Mobiles — service centre not giving my phone back | |||
Hi, I am S.A.Shameemuddin, Purchased karbonn A16 mobile in june 07 2014. The phone is not working as I expected, After few months phone is really embarrassing me I couldn’t even use, it automatically working. so I gave it for servicing. After 1 day service center people told me that my phone mother board and touch got damaged and they can’t repair it. So they sent it to company and told me to wait 25 days for repair. After 3 weeks I just went to service center to check what is the update, they told me that they sent it to company and if i need any update contact customer care. Atlast after 50 daya they return my phone to me with the same problem, i think the people who working in customer care was not sent my phone to the company. so i give my phone again to the same serivce centre . Now they told me wait again for 25 days we will sent the mobile to the company once more. totaly nearly 60 days up, atleast they have not given some mobile to use for temporary purpose also. Whenever i called the service centre, they always said wait for 1 more week. i need a same new mobile. so please help for my problem .The name of the men who is working in the customer care is vinoth . i attached the bill the service centre given to me.
