Karbonn Mobiles — Service not provided in spite of being in warranty. | |||||
Purchased Karbonn Dazzle 3 on 3rd August 2015 in Ranchi. Just after 1 month the screen started comming out. When gone to service center in bangalore they told that i must have been trying to bring out the screen. After 20 min of argument the pasted the screen but didnt provide any reciept. In month of october the phone started behaving madly and the screen was always being clicked by its own. The condition became so bad that i have to purchase a new phone within that day. Once again i have visited the service center in Ranchi. This time the personal blaimed that the internal circuit has been shot and was due to falling of phone . They told me that i have to first pay for external then only they will accept repairing the phone inspite of telling them i didnt wanted to repair the body scratches. The internal circuit has been shot and they didnt accepted for repairing inspite of being in warranty. I want the amount to be refunded as i have already purchased new mobile set.
