Dear all,
I have purchased karbon mobile on dec - 2014 with emie no - [protected] in the name of biswajeet das. On jan 2015 there was a problem on my mobile so i have submitted on mobile service center on 19 / 01 / 2015. But still yet i havenot received my mobile when ever i went to shop they said that it went to delhi for replacement, it was almost four months i havenot got my mobile. So kindly request to you to resolve my problem on priority basis.
