Karbonn Mobiles — Service repair

Sir, i had bought my karbonn s19 mobile through online from one of the leading online shopping site and i have my warranty period. but with in warranty my phone not getting switch on and i had taken my mobile to one of the authorized service center in cuttack. but they are saying that the mobile has some defect in mother board and it will cost around 80 percent of the original cost to repair it . but i have my warranty period and i didn't misused my phone in any manner. so why would i charged for repair. it's your duty to make it correct . why would i pay? please reply me. otherwise i would go legally to take further action.
