Karbonn Mobiles — Service was not adequate and timely

Dear sir,
I bought a Karboon mobile phone priced 4700/- in December 2013, it malfunctioned in may 2014 so it is still under warranty. I went to a nearest authorised service centre at Yamuna vihar Delhi. Previously they told me that as your phone is under warranty we will charge you a sum of 750 rupees for service charge and it will be returned after 2 months. I agreed to their conditions. When I went there after two months they are forcing me to give 1850/- rupees in lieu of services sighting a code word mentioned on the receipt ( self made receipt ). I was forced to pay a sum of 1250 which is not justified at all. It was not about money but of principles and values
Apart from this your service is also very poor. Before this episode my Internal phone memory was 4 GB which is now reduced to only 2 GB after this episode . I suspect a foul play as i received the phone in open condition.
Sir they are operating at their on will and thus leading to a bad name for your company and product, i talked to other customer also they are also aggrieved due to this problem.
I will provide you the necessary document and proofs as and when required
Kindly look into the matter and save your organisations name and fame.
I hope you will look into the matter with desired seriousness and promptness and will resolve my grievance at the initial level itself thus saving our precious time.
