I had bought karbonn smartphone titanium s1 plus on july 20 2015 after some day it giving problem off switting off frequently i approach service center as per company said and get software update but the problem still remain then again i go for service center they send it company technical department on[protected] but still today[protected] their is no response from company i call for customer care but they only said after 10 day and so on i have facing many problem without phone please help me out sir
