Karbonn Mobiles — Sub: Complaint regarding Poor Quality of Product and Worst Post Sale Services at Service Centre | |||
Dear Sir, I belongs to a lower middle class family and it is very painful for me to write this complaint letter today. I wish to draw the following facts for urgent action please. (1) That I had purchased a Karbonn Qualtro L50 HD bearing no IMEI no “[protected]” via online through M/s Seven star Infosystems –BIJ Delhi on 07th Sep 2016 ( Invoice no S83BFB/16-17/44245) (2) That only 15 days were passed and the handset got faulty and it’s Touch was creating problem. (3) That I surrendered my handset at Agra Service Centre on 23rd Sep 2016 vide Job Card No KJASPUP492916KR3544 & ASP Code KAJASPUP492. (4) That I was been assured to get the repaired handset within 3 weeks but it’s now 3 months have been passed and I am still awaiting for my handset. (5) I have approached at Agra Service Centre and also at Customer Care “N” number of times but no satisfactory and fruitful reply is being given by them and everytime they request to wait for another 7-10 days. I am standing empty hands with a Question that “Is Karbonn Products are of such bad quality that could not worked even for 15 days?” and “How many more months I have to wait to get that faulty / Defected piece back to me?” “IS THERE ANYBODY IN THE COMPANY TO HEAR A COMMON MAN PROBLEM”? ravi kumar mob no. Sir Mera mobile aaj tak repair nahi hua jab bhi service center and call center se baat hoti hai too bolte hai ki abhi wait karlo. jabki 20-25 din ka time diya tha.
