This is Shivaji Rao Chavan, working as a chemistry lecturer in Sri Chaitanya College, Kurnool and I have purchased a Karbonn Tab, in one of their out let naming Big C, in Kurnool, located at Abdullah Khan Estate, on 15/08/2012, (that is exactly one year four months back) having enough faith on your brand image . Right now from its purchase the device is not properly functioning and I have approached their out let several times and the persons who are taking care of that out let could not solve my problem and finally they have concluded that it is dead and cannot not be repaired and they are advising me go to the Karbonn Service Station, in Kurnool, which is always closed . They are saying that warranty is got over. I am ready to pay the service charges. In order to purchase the device I spent
