Karbonn Mobiles — till date i have not received my mobile

Dear Madam, Product Model Karbonn Titanium S5IMEI No. : [protected]Problem : Wifi not working In In reference to the above Karbonn S5 mobile problem i had given the mobile for repair at service center at Kaiser Electronics dt. 11.09.2014 Jobsheet No. KJASMH190914K13513 the service center had not repaired my mobile till date and when i am trying to reach them there is no response from the service center and it has been three months my mobile lying with service center. So, I would like to know the confirm date when my issue will be solved. if the issue is the going to take more time than i want replacement. Its very difficult now a days without mobile, so i want stand by mobile and i also want extended warranty for the mobile as my mobile is with your service centre for more than three month. for your reference
