I had purchased on Karbonn make 9" tablet model ST9 marvel on 20.10.2012(ST[protected]). Within the first year itself i faced some problem with this tablet with regarding to touch screen malfunctioning. It was given to service center and they returned it after 15-20 days, but the problem is not completely gone. this was happened in the month of august 2013. Again after facing similar complaint that I could not operate the tool bar, I had approached the Karbonn service center at hyderabad M/s Sri sai communications, located at MG Road, Secunderabad. I had handed over the tablet on 16.12.2013 ( Customer receipt no. 10543). Since then i am regularly contacting service center for its repairing, But to my dismay they are keep on telling that please wait for another 10-15 days. I don't know how many days it may still required to make it right.
I am now contacting you to make an arrangement for quick repair of my tablet. If no information received from you within next seven days, i will move consumer court for not providing service assistance and making inferior quality product and thereby making problems to customers
Finally one thing, i've seen lot of complaints about your products in you web site. What the hell are you doing for rectification of these defects. Instead of doing betterment in production karbonn is investing in sponsoring cricket matches. Was this information helpful? |
