Karbonn Mobiles — Very poor service

My handset is karbonn machone plus . i buy it on 2nd september, it gets surprisely hot and consumes battery fastly. i took it to karbonn care .they said that it will took a time of 15 days . after it they said 10 days later and thaen 10 days more .and now they arfe again saying 15 days .so pooooooooooor service. i recommend everyone not to buy a karbonn mobile plz.because they still not giving my handset and saying to take it on 15th nov. NO RESPONSE !!!
