I have submitted my mobile phone to karbonn service center which is located in Navi Mumbai Vashi on dated 28 Sep 15 & till date service center person dont know status of mobile phone.I have repeatedly visited their service center ( Rudra Telecom) Sec 30A, Fantasia business park, G77, Opp Vashi station Vashi Navi mumbai. Phone No[protected] Please help me to get my phone back, i have completely lost my faith on these mobile companies.
