I would like to update you about my experience of Karbonn Titanium Machfive which i bought on 12 Nov 2015 from amazon.in.
Frankly speaking i was too much scared while trying any other brand as i am a frequent Samsung smartphone user since 2008. This time i wanted to try Karbonn mobile as i heard from some of my colleagues & relative that Karbonn has become a well trusted brand in Indian market. I purchased a Karbonn Titanium Machfive phone for my mother & gifted on her Marriage anniversary.
As i was excited to know the feedback from my mother, she was pretty happy with this phone for 1.5 Month. After this phone has started a very irritating problem which was Hanging & charging issue. I was unable to return the product on amazon as one month was completed. I was so embarrassed as this was a gift item to my mother from my side.
I insisted my family to go further for service center option of Karbonn in lucknow as they stay there. Service centre people took the phone & promised to get back with solution with in three weeks. When they returned the phone so my parents used the phone but same problem was still persisting & again service centre took the phone & again promised to retrun the product with in a month as they send their mobile phones to Mumbai or Bangalore to get the proper rectification.
Now i want to know that why mobile phone was not properly made when service centre people took at first time. As they already took more than three weeks in first time & now again they have promised for more than a month.
I am totally unhappy with the services provided by Karbonn. Also Karbonn should not lunch their phones in 6k range if mobile features cant be compatible. My parent are not that much technology user so if they cant operate phone just for calling & basic feature so how a smart phone user will use this phone,
My phone is still in service centre from last more than a month & i would never suggest anyone to buy Karbonn. Its not a matter of 6k but its a matter of services, trust & standards. I stay in Delhi & i can't force my family to run for service centre every-time.
Now i don't need this phone back, would request you to return my money or give a new phone to my family. Refer to attached job sheet given by service centre & invoice of phone as well. I never thought that to make trial on Karbonn, will be a big time risk for me.
