I have purchased the mobile, Karbonn A1 Star ([protected]) on 07.08.13 from Spice showroom at Marathahalli, Bangalore. From the second month I purchased the phone the out speaker of the mobile was not working, and in the 3rd month, I started to face troubles to charge my mobile. On 28.11.13 I was unable to charge my mobile completely, it drained and I gave it to Karbonn's authorized service center, Shrishti Services at Domlur. They said that, they have to change the entire mother board and it will take 20 days.
From the day 1, I was unable to reach any employees of Karbonn via any of the numbers mentioned in their website. After 2 days one customer care representative answered the call and gave the concern person's number, but that concern person didn't even picked my call even a single time and he left the job i guess.
Later the service center person Mr. Jithendar [protected], gave me the Karbon's after sales service Manager Mr. Rizwan ([protected]) number, who is newly appointed. I am speaking with him for the last 1 month regarding the updates and everytime he is telling some reasons like "I am in hospital", "I am driving", etc.,
Shrishti services sent my mobile to Delhi and it will take some more days. Whenever I called, they are asking one more week time to commit a delivery date of my mobile. And till now they are saying the same reasons and not updating me about the status even.
I am working as a Business development Manager in a private concern and 95% of my work depends on mobile phone calls.
Till date they are not giving me any updates on this, I wrote emails to them, called them but nothing use of it. Because of this problem, I have faced financial losses and time loss.
Karbonn has to give me an explanation about what happened, they have to give my mobile back and also they have to detriment Rs. 50, 000 to me for putting me into all these troubles.
