Karbonn — Problem with Handset. | |||
i am having a karbonn titanium s20 and from the day i buyed it i m facing problem. First of all this product is not listed in the official website of karbonn and after approx 1 month from the date of purchase the charger port was damaged i went to the service center in Delhi and they repaired it and took rs 50 from me i said that it is under warranty then they said it is because of voltage fluctuations so this is not covered under warranty. Then now before 15 days its sensors were not working and the speakers were very low and the mobile was heating very badly and the battery backup was horrible. I went to service centre in Gorakhpur and they took the mobile and kept for around one week after when I got back the mobile nothing was done in it all the problems were left like that only. Please.
