Hi, my name is faizan shaikh. I had bought a karbonn a9+ handset om 18/05/2013. From the first day i was experiencing problem with the handset and i had to submit it to the customer care many number of times. But this time they had crossed the limits. They have taken my phone since 12/12/2013 and they are not returning it back. Neither they are extending my warranty period nor they are returning my phone back.
