[Resolved] Karbonn — Service center took my phone more than 2 months and they dont have any update about my phone. | |||
I got new Karbonn phone on 13 March 2013 1) and got some problem with in one month so I gave it to service center they took my Phone for more than 2 month and returned me with temporary arrangement. 2) after 2 month again same problem occurred. so they took more than 20 days and returned me. I hardly used 40 total days from the day of purchasing... and rest days it is in service center. I don't want to say more about quality and service about service centers (reliable service center Akurdi, they are non technical and unprofessional people) every time when I got my phone it was just temporary arrangements. even sometime the took phone for 15 days return by telling check and let us know where it is working or not. I have to tell them where to check and which part is not working. talking to customer like H**L No proper system for token and all.. all arrangements are to showoff. start cleaning office after 10:30 or 11 30 OC ( hours or more) and I am not Only VICTIM. imei:- [protected] Karbon A25 #[protected] problems: display not working some time. on off button problem no charging( it took 12+ hours for 4% charging and within 1 min it get discharge) I changed cable and charging point too. kindly check and let me know is there any chances to get my phone back soon.
