Karbonn — Titanium S5 not returned from service center since 70 days

My karbonn Titanium S5 mobile stopped working on day so i had given it for repair on 21st December 2013 in Karbonn service center(Global Telecomm, Bhandup Mumbai). I was assured to get the device back in 45 to 60 working days. But still i did not get it back. I only get the replay that it is given in the company and is not repaired yet. It is now more than 70 working days.
