ive been experiencing bad customer service from this establishment, firstly they have ridiculous balance inquiry which does not work after three inquiries, i cant know my balance after three tries, secondly you call the customer care they say i cant help you with your account details, so if ive deposited money and have not recieved it, i cant contact customer service for it. It makes me feel that the bank is doing me a favour by saving my money and they claim to be unlike other banks which are far more better than them, there have been instances where ive waited for three months for my card because their efficient customer service always fails to answer calls, or im put on an ivr which says sorry the executives are busy, busy doing what swindling money? i think the bank needs a new start in a digital work they're interfaces are not reliable and now i dont know if my money is credited into the account or not because my bank is not personally connected with me, they have some really annoying policies and im sure the bank is incapable of handling their consumers well. customer centricity is not a fashion but a real need gear up before your customers begin to leave you.
