Debit card lost in Karnataka bank global village 2 ATM by mistake left ATM after taking cash. However returned to pick card in less than hour, did not find card in ATM and no sercurity gaurd found around. On enquiry in bankery next to ATM he had collection of 25 left over cards in which we did not find ours. The Karnataka branch 100mts away from ATM say they do not involve with this ATM it is from RR nagar branch. They denied to help nor provide any phone nos of security for any contact of branch to help. The ATM is not fool proof and many peoples cards are getting lost due their design - the card should have been given out first and then cash. Next what measure and support they have for the people who missout cards? Karnataka Bank has compensate for their deficiency in service. Was this information helpful? | |||

16 days over - but looks like Karnataka Bank has not responded anything. It is quite clear they just dont care about customers and they dont bother to correct the process which is putting innocent customers into trouble.
