I am manjula account holder of Karnataka bank.This month(July 2019) 5th, amount RS:590 was debited 6 times from my account without any message (intimation). unfortunately I was check my balance I am socking...because of this issues.i am so upset.after that I called customer care they said your check was returned so only and says the date 28march, 15june, 7june and 7march.my due amount 456 but they debit 590rs.how can they did this.plaese take action

I had done one imps transfers bymistakly in wrong account number of saraswat bank.(Rs. 10, 000/-). saraswat bank has send email on 04/07/2019 Karnataka Bank imps has not answer the email for Saraswat bank. Karnataka Bank Not Reversing the payment on my account.

        This is santhosh kumar my account number [protected].. My number [protected]... Friday my amount 1080 rs was debited in my account without reason... When i was contact customer care they will say you will contact your branch for reason.. But both saturday and sunday holiday.. I couldn't wait for 2 days i was mentally disturbed.. I couldn't do any work.. Even in my office also i couldn't do any work for this reason.. Monday also i can't go to branch for complaint due to this i was in hometown and i have no money to come... So i have no way better to commit suicide soon...

          I went to open a savings account in Karnataka Bank (Blore - Srirampura branch). There was such a poor response from a man (who was handling all these account opening sector).
          He was not ready to instruct properly. The way he was presenting himself was unprofessional. I have accounts in 2 other banks but never felt this way treated from them. First time experienced such an unprofessional quality in Bank.

          My suggestions : Please hire people who greet public and help there requirements with patience and smiling face.

            Hi sir,

            As i am salaried account holder in iob bank, i went to withdraw money from karnataka bank atm, but i got 10, 000 rs debited message to my mobile number, but i didnt get the money in atm as it showed ur card has been blocked. So, i went to iob bank and gave details so they said to wait for 24 hours and give complaint. 24 hours over, but i didnt get my money back to my account, what shall i do now. Please help me.

              My mama is kanagambigai, i have tried to transfer money from karnataka bank account to my daughters indian bank today evening around 2.44 pm. I tried to transfer 10000 rupees. Immediatly i got the message that money is debited from my account but the money is not credited to beneficiary account. Kindly kelp me to sort out this issue at the earliest.

                Debit card lost in Karnataka bank global village 2 ATM by mistake left ATM after taking cash. However returned to pick card in less than hour, did not find card in ATM and no sercurity gaurd found around. On enquiry in bankery next to ATM he had collection of 25 left over cards in which we did not find ours.                 Dear Sir, I am having 3 SB accounts in various branches of Bank, on 3rd of June, I inadvertantly transferred a sum of Rs. 25, 000/- from SB account[protected] to my loan account No. [protected], instead of my other SB account. This operation is done through my mobile banking.When I noticed the mistake I immediately contacted both the branches (K.G. Rd.Blore and NCM Hubli, to transfer back the amount to my SB account, as it was sent
                by mistake, however, i do not receive any satisfactory response from both branches. They are passing the buck to one other. Please let me know whether it could be done or not, if not then please find out the reason, and inform me, as my all loan accounts are quite regular.

                  I have done my transaction on 27th april through net banking. The transaction got failed but my money got deducted. I contacted customer care they said the money will be refunded on monday. They also said to mail for me to [protected]@ktk.com and customer care mail. None of my mails are responded. It's very urgent for me to pay bills and it's a huge amount.

                  My ATM card got blocked because of wrong pin but now know my pin, please help me to unblock.
                  In Google pay it's showing bank server error.I think it's the bank server problem please upgrade it or resolve it as soon as possible . Cannot even link my account .

                    I have made a payment of rs.1500 on[protected] to vodafone company. The amount was debited from my account and it occured transaction failed.
                    I complained the bank and also the phonepe representative. They told it will be refunded to your account within a week. But i waited till 3 weeks but still the amount was not refunded to my account.
                    Please look into the matter and help to refund the amount.

                      we had sent imps payment to s plastics on 31st march for rs22523 ref no is[protected] from our current account no [protected], name of the firm is indian waxes and chemicals.The party has forworded his accont statement during that period confirming his non receipt of payment.Please help me and see that the payment is settled.I have akrady sent my complaint to imps.ktkbank.com on 15th april and to [protected]@ktkbank.com on 17 th april as per your customer care executve advice.

                        Ref: My earlier mail to " [protected]@ktkbank.com kn 11.04.2019 and 12.04.2019

                        I had ordered some products from a shopping App called "Myntra" on 28.03.2019 for Rs. 2, 417/-, out of which I had returned a product on 31.03.2019 worth Rs. 545/- and another product on 04.04.2019 worth Rs. 981/-. I have received Rs. 981/- on 10.04.2019 and I haven't received Rs. 545/- yet. When I contacted concened person of Myntra, they said that the refund had already been processed from their end on 31.03.2019 itself and asked me to contact by bank for further queries. Hence this mail.

                        Proof for requirements of refund are attached herewith.

                        Kindly credit Rs. 545/- to my bank account at the earliest.

                          loss of money inside deposit machine

                          I initiated a cash deposit process in the porur branch atm machine on[protected] at around 8.45 pm. I entered my card details and card pin number and placed an amount of rs 4000 inside the machine. The machine showed a msg stating "cash counting process... Please wait", after which the machine got struck. The denomination of the amount put inside the machine is
                          2000*1 = 2000
                          500*4 = 2000
                          Total of 4000 rupees by cash....

                            to (ccpay.[protected]@icici) through KBL plus. Amount is debited from my account showing transaction Success but the same is not reflected on particular account. Here I am sharing UPI reference number[protected] dated 10th of March for your reference. Could you please rectify this issue as soon as possible.                               Dear sir / madam,

                              I, mr. Jeetendra joshi customer of hsbc borivali branch, had done online transaction through net banking of rs 10, 00, 000/- (Ten lakhs) to a account in kotak mahindra bank on 29.01.2019.

                              However i have noticed now that i have erroneously mentioned wrong ifsc code. The ifsc code entered by error belongs to karnatak bank (Karb0000093) instead of kotak manhindra bank.

                              A letter with details of account being debited along with transaction reference id has already been submitted by me. Refer attachment.

                              Am very disappointed due to no concrete reply from your end. Its almost 5 days since the incident and the amount is yet to be credited back into my account. Am amazed as to how the transaction materialised with wrong ifsc code. Let me duly remind you that the amount in discussion is not a small amount by any means.

                              Regret to inform you that despite my multiple times contact with your customer care & personal visit at the branch, the only revert (Much delayed one) is that "mail has been sent to head office & we are waiting for their reply".


                              Am clueless on actual action taken by your local representatives & this is absolutely not acceptable being a classic customer of your bank.

                              Looking for ward to your written revert immediately in this regard & also an explanation on why my account was debited despite wrong ifsc code & account number/customer name mismatch & also on remittance of my hard earned money back into my account.

                                I sent 1100 rupees to another account but the money is not added to the receiver account but the money is debited from my account. If i contact bank they said that we are transfer that money. But the receiver account not get that money. Please refund it. The date of transaction is 11 jan 2019.
