Karnataka Bank — did not receive 10,000rs from karnataka bank atm, amount got debited from the account | |||
On 5th August 2018 I went to withdraw 10, 000rs from Karnataka bank ATM using my ICICI debit card. The Amount got debited from ICICI account but I did not receive the cash from ATM. I asked the security he said something wrong with the ATM machine. As it was Sunday I could not call icici customer care and inform. So I called icici customer care on Monday and informed about that issue. They said it will take 7 working days to complete, later they said 30 days to process. After 30 days I got a message saying SR[protected]: Dear Customer, We are unable to reverse the ATM trxn of INR 10000 in Account XX3707 as it was a sucessful transaction.
