[Resolved] Karnataka Bank — netbanking
I have done my transaction on 27th april through net banking. The transaction got failed but my money got deducted. I contacted customer care they said the money will be refunded on monday. They also said to mail for me to [protected]@ktk.com and customer care mail. None of my mails are responded. It's very urgent for me to pay bills and it's a huge amount.
