Karnataka Bank — no response for the requested information about my nre account.

Address:Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka

I maintain my NRE account with Balmata branch Mangalore, I used to receive email for my transaction before, now I don't receive it.
I have sent mail to Balmata branch to fix the issue, but I have not received any reply from the branch, I am out of India and my registered phone number is not active here in Europe, please look into my issue, it's very important for me to keep track abo my transaction.

Sir, ihave done a transaction on 12th using imps method, the money has got deducted from my account but not credited to beneficiary account, i have made a complaint regarding this issue too.help me regarding this issue.
