Karnataka Bank — Refund amount initiated by amazon but not credited to bank account | |
Sir/Madam I ordered a product from amazon on 17/01/2021 and returned it to amazon on 23/01/2021. And amazon initiated the refund on 27/01/2021 and it was expected to come on 29/01/2021. When I called amazon they said they already initiated the refund with reference number[protected]. I mailed Karnataka bank to raise a dispute form but they never replied to my mails. Still they have not credited the refund money to my bank account so I am requesting you to help me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
