Karnataka Bank — refund amount not received

As per amazon refund amount has been processed on[protected].
The refund reference number for the transaction is[protected].
My refund for the product order[protected] of 767.00.
Refund amount has been initiate to karnataka bank.
Till now i didn't got my refund amount to my bank account.
I contacted both amazon and karnataka bank customer care as per amazon customer service the amount has been processed after processing only we will get reference number like that they are telling.
When i contact karnataka bank service they are telling no you have not received any amount from amazon.
Please resolve it as soon as possible
