Karnataka Bank — unsuccessful transaction | |||
I went to karnataka bank atm in maruthi nagar to withdraw money and the first transaction was successful but the second transaction was unsuccessful due to power shut down of the atm machine. The atm machine did not dispense the money but immediately, i receive a message which shows the amount was deducted. The money has not been withdrawn and the atm machine was still shut down due to power shut down. The transaction took place at on monday 04/11/2019 at 2:05pm. The transaction id s73797213 and reference no.[protected]. I therefore request refund of my money which was wrongly deducted and not received. My mobile number is +91 [protected]. Recently 20 days back I opened account in karnataka bank still I didnt receive my debit card through post

I have cancelled my order of Rs 899/- with amazon and amazon initiated refund order with reference No 175164 dated 30/09/2019 but the such amount didn't credit in my account my account No [protected] Karnataka bank brach Panchkula
