Karnataka RDPR — About a document reprint

Sir/madam
One of our site comes in panchayat area
We wanted a reprint of 9 11 of that site
We have told them a week ago about it but the pdo is not responding, we just need his thumb
He actually got injured due to an accident but it he is can give a thumb wound is not so severe, I have heard other villagers complain about him even he was healthy he did the same, never does any work in time and let people suffer, I request you to look into the matter
