From soundalga tal:-Nipani dis-Belgaum ...sir I had payed water tax to grampanchayat and this year's water tax also we have payed which photo copy of that receipt is given below...so without any reason they had came and cutted our water connection and troubling., , so please accept my complaint...and take action on them
