Karnataka RDPR — Drainage water logging issue due to No sanitary sewers since last from 1years

Hello sir/ Madam,
Next to our home there is Drainage water logging problem since from many years and there were couple of families staying and also there is a child's zone, No sanitory sewers in our village and we are having health issues due to mosquitoes so please help us as soon as possible.

I raised complaint to Local PDO, who is not caring since from last 2 years. please take necessary action on this.
