Karnataka RDPR — E khatha not received 45 days over rdpr problem

Dear sir/madam,
hope you are doing well.
Below find the details :

eswathu property id[protected]

in e swathu app under mutation link is not reflecting ( link not activated by nic - national informatic center rpdr problem ) for which gram panchayat not able to process the e khatha .

In eswathu app its reflecting this property can be registered instead of property under mutation ( documents attached)

please understand citizen concern & help us in getting e khatha.
Home loan depends on khatha and plan approval. Plan approval depends upon khata.
