Hello Sir, E-Swathu portal is not operational from almost 1 month and panchayat Computer operator not able to upload documents in portal regarding new mutation or E-Khata transfer. Sad to see that we are in digital era but server is down from 1 month. there is some background under table is going on to complete your work if you give some good bribe. otherwise we have to wait for longer months +1 photos Was this information helpful? I want to transfer my khata to my son' s . Ihave submitted the application on 16/4/2021. It's not done till now. The server is down or blocked . That was the reply given by the staff of kannamangala panchayat. Banglore is supposed to be the IT hub of India. Is this the state of Bangalore imagine condition about other districts. Kindly take some active step to rectify the fault or you people are still in the lock down mood.
