Dear Concerned authority,
This is purely negligence and irresponsible act by House owner and Contractor. This has taken life of a person and the person injured is been disabled for his rest of his life.
Strict has to taken against House owner and the contractor. They should be punished and penalized heavily.
Local authorities should not allow that contractor and that house owner to build any buildings in future in that locality.

Here to bring it your notice what I seen in Kushalnagar (Kodagu) Nada Kacheri, The village accountant openly asking 5K bribe for regular formalities to complete from farmers, throws weight on farmers, and, talks to poor farmers very rudely. Request you to please look into this, he will be caught if you detective him as its his regular routine.
