Karnataka RDPR — Khata transfer issue in Panchayat

Please note that there is a issue in RDPR server as even after registering the documents 2 months back still the khata transfer is not done. There is error of owner photo not available. There is no proper response either from Punchayat or from sub registrar office.
Kindly look into this on priority
