Karnataka RDPR — not accepting the tax even though digital khata is available

B107, S.K.Aster Apartment, Doddathoguru, 560100

I have digital khata of my property for below address.

Green house layout,
Doddathoguru panchayath,
Electronic city - 560100.

Even though i have contacted panchayath many times, they are not ready to accept and give original tax receipt for my property. I have e khata digital copy for my property. Also when i check with panchayath portal for doddathoguru, my property number 7077/b107 is not reflected in the portal. Please accept this complaint and enable me to pay my tax and get a digital tax paid receipt copy.
