Karnataka RDPR — not responding to public

Hi,
I am subrahmanya prasad, this is to inform you that kabaka grama panchayat services has become worst and we are not getting proper response from the faculty especially panchayat development officer who are there in kabaka grama panchayat. I have applied for 9/11 form long back and she is not responding to our calls and if we go there she asking us come on particular dates so many times and our work is not done still.

They are playing with public feeling this has to be take care and take the action immediately on the respective panchayat.
