[Resolved]  Karnataka RDPR — village officer denial and anytimes locked the office

I am ashraf pallataru, kodipady, puttur town, DK, Karnataka 574220
I am in a locker what i out of in getting the Constitution's Right, It's hard for me.

The most important also having disruption for me, one of that the Village officer always staying in puttur village office and he have denial when i wanted Some Govt. Certificate and always locked the office in Kodipady, And he said shouting when wanted some from village office.
