Karnataka State Open University — 2012 7th-8th mark card not received

I have completed my b. Tech in year 2012 from -
R. K. Birla institute of management and technology |
Office no 115 2nd floor, navrang complex, sapna sangeeta road, nr. Tower chouraha, indore mp, india.

They closed the institute without any prior information after the 8th semester exam. All contact and phone number switched off since then. I called to university regarding the same, but all in vain.
So here i am to complain that university and study centre for resolving the issue asap, because now i extremely need that mark card for further study.
