I undersigned s. Priyadharshini (Roll no: 1023lbtc129) had joined btech cs
3rd semester in year 2012 at your centre and have completed till 7th semester and
Received the mark sheets for the same. Due to my health issues i moved to chennai and was unable to continue my 8th semester in bangalore, i have opted for centre transfer from bangalore (Sharada vikas trust) to chennai (Rs 1000/-) and also paid the examination fees (Rs 12, 400/-) for 8thsemester on 18th january 2016 at ypgr institute of technology, chennai.
As it has been more than 3+ years and still there is some ongoing university issues in
Conducting the examination & also on recognizing the correspondence course, therefore
I requested to refund the fees in form of cash/cheque/online account transfer to my
Account.
I have been following up with ypgr institute of technology,
Chennai [with mr. Gopal raghavan], i would like to bring to your notice that it has been almost 2 years, since i requested for the refund of my semester fees (Rs 12, 400/-).
After lot of follow ups, it seems that he is not willing to return the money. Also he is not responding the calls. Due to which i was forced to visit the institute to check on the same. Initially he was not accepting the receipt of payment by the institute for the return, however after evidencing all the payment document finally he has accepted to consider my request.
After long discussion, he agreed to refund the amount through post dated cheque (Cheque no:000570 & dated:28/10/2017). The same has been attached for your reference. Upon depositing the cheque, after the mentioned date we understood from our bank that the produced cheque was not got cleared due to insufficient funds and for the same my bank has charged me.
After the above mentioned incident, i had called him continuously to inform about this
And insisted him to pay at the earliest. For which he has accepted to transfer the
Amount by net banking & i have shared the bank details immediately. Whenever i used to follow up, he was telling he will do now but till now he didn't keep up his words.
After seeing these incidents, it is evident that he is not willing to return, which was
Not expected from an highly reputed institute.
Hence i would request your immediate intervention for the early return.
