I have been enrolled with ksou in 2013 for automobile engineering diploma course through lateral entry, and have passed out in 2015. My roll no. Is 131041ldam0010 and on receipt of the mark lists i have remitted the fee for the certificates through dd in favour of ksou in 2016. Whereas i received a letter from the registrar (Evaluation), dated[protected], saying that he is unable to issue the certificates due to legal restrictions and is awaiting for the final verdict from the supreme court.
As a gesture towards my agony he added ' no further correspondence would be entertained in this regard '.

Valuable five years seems lost and rather eventhough i receive the certificates it is doubtful how valuable the certificates will be.

Kindly update the status and do the necessary to solve the issue eventhough it is late.

Following are the submissions regarding the subject mentioned above:-

1. I completed my ma (Psychology) in 2012 from the said university with registration number [protected]

2.in 2014, i applied and received genuineness certificate from ksou (As it was mandatory to get this certificate as per the rules of the institute where i was working at that time)

3.in 2015, i applied for degree/ convocation certificate and send a dd of rs.1000/- in favour of registrar (Evaluation), karantaka state open university, dated 15/5/2015 with dd number-222654, but after few days received a letter from the university stating that no such dd was received by the university and we need to send the dd again. (Though many of my batch mates who were localities and got first division got their degree either in the convocation held in 2012 or within 8-9 months)

4. Meanwhile we came to know through internet/news that ksou is having some issues with recognition from ugc, so whenever i used to call to the given numbers, no body gave me satisfactory answer regarding the issue of degree.

5.in september 2018, i applied for degree of the same, i submitted all the documents along with one dd of 1200/- rupees as against the fee for the degree. With dd number 688664 dated 13/9/2018 and confirmed from the university authorities that they have received it also.

6. I applied for transcripts also as i am planning to pursue ph. D in psychology from usa university and have received two sets of transcripts also from the university.

7. So now i have both the mark sheets as well as genuineness certificate (Issued by the university for which i paid the fee). For the practical exams i stayed in the university hostel in april 2012 and attended all the classes and gave final practical exams also. (Can be verified from university record)

8. I am calling them time and again but dont get response regarding issue of degree, i fail to understand the reason of the delay in issuing my degree, though many students of my batch have already got the degree whether they took admission directly from the university or through any study center

9. I have to apply for ph. D.in usa but without getting the degree i can not proceed further, now when i am trying to follow up, either no one picks the phone or they say that you are not eligible for the degree.

10. I have written mail to the vc of the said university but all in vain

Sir, it is my humble request to kindly look into the matter as it is the matter of my future career and without degree no foreign university will accept my application.

I really hope that you will take some time to look into the matter, it is a hand folded request to you to please do something so that they issue my degree so that my future career is not spoiled.

To whom so ever it may concern, i completed my BA from ksou in 2015.
My Reg. number is 1176BA0160.
Since then i have been waiting for my final degree certificate. I have each of all semester's mark sheet also have provisional certificate of degree but don't have final degree certificate.
I have approached my study center several time but i haven't received proper information and their office is not there, they don’t reply on phone also, sometime phone comes switched off. I have called ksou many times in these 4 years but not pick up my call.
According to High court of Karnataka, they have ordered university to issue degree certificate of[protected] student, I am here yo request to university people please reply me on the same and convey me the process to fetch the degree certificate.
It's my humble request to issue my BA degree certificate, as i need it urgently.

I have completed my puc inter between[protected] through ksou online from navi mumbai. I have received my marksheet online after results, however i did not receive my university certificate. I was told to go to mysore for the certificate which is not possible as i live in mumbai and take care of my family. Please help on how to proceed. The ksou institute that i went through is now no longer functional on that area and i don't know where to go.

I am writing here behalf of my sister. She got selected as a primary teacher in varanasi uttar pradesh. State govt. Need to verify the degree and for the sake of verification thwy send the xerox marksheet of my sister along with deman draft to karnataka state open university address but it got return without any remarks. We contacted university in mysore but no one picking up the call or responding to the mail. I request you to please look in to this matter.

I have waited for the certificate by post till now. But i have not got any reply from you and i have not received my certificates till now. Please do the needful.

Hi, i am parikshit mehta. I have done my mca in 2015 from ksou but till i don't get my degree certificate. Once i proceeded for that but i got reply by ksou that "we don't issue degree certificate right now and once we'll start, we inform you" but still i don't get any message from ksou. I am repeatedly in touch with the ksou management regarding my convocation certificate, there is no proper faculty to help when[protected] mba convocation will be provided as i have submitted all my details to apply for the certificate neither i have received my semester marks card nor convocation certificate.

Dear ksou university,

I have not received my mba certification[protected] yet. Its 2019 now. I cannot have a salary raise without my mba certificate. Nor i can get a chance to migrate to another country. We students are suffering a lot because of this delay in issuing our certificates.

Please i beg you all to issue them asap.
