Respected sir

Following are the submissions regarding the subject mentioned above:-

1. I completed my ma (Psychology) in 2012 from the said university with registration number [protected]

2.in 2014, i applied and received genuineness certificate from ksou (As it was mandatory to get this certificate as per the rules of the institute where i was working at that time)

3.in 2015, i applied for degree/ convocation certificate and send a dd of rs.1000/- in favour of registrar (Evaluation), karantaka state open university, dated 15/5/2015 with dd number-222654, but after few days received a letter from the university stating that no such dd was received by the university and we need to send the dd again. (Though many of my batch mates who were localities and got first division got their degree either in the convocation held in 2012 or within 8-9 months)

4. Meanwhile we came to know through internet/news that ksou is having some issues with recognition from ugc, so whenever i used to call to the given numbers, no body gave me satisfactory answer regarding the issue of degree.

5.in september 2018, i applied for degree of the same, i submitted all the documents along with one dd of 1200/- rupees as against the fee for the degree. With dd number 688664 dated 13/9/2018 and confirmed from the university authorities that they have received it also.

6. I applied for transcripts also as i am planning to pursue ph. D in psychology from usa university and have received two sets of transcripts also from the university.

7. So now i have both the mark sheets as well as genuineness certificate (Issued by the university for which i paid the fee). For the practical exams i stayed in the university hostel in april 2012 and attended all the classes and gave final practical exams also. (Can be verified from university record)

8. I am calling them time and again but dont get response regarding issue of degree, i fail to understand the reason of the delay in issuing my degree, though many students of my batch have already got the degree whether they took admission directly from the university or through any study center

9. I have to apply for ph. D.in usa but without getting the degree i can not proceed further, now when i am trying to follow up, either no one picks the phone or they say that you are not eligible for the degree.

10. I have written mail to the vc of the said university but all in vain

Sir, it is my humble request to kindly look into the matter as it is the matter of my future career and without degree no foreign university will accept my application.

I really hope that you will take some time to look into the matter, it is a hand folded request to you to please do something so that they issue my degree so that my future career is not spoiled.

Sir i had completed b. Tech in mechanical engg.in year[2012 to 15] and received all semester detailed mark sheets. But unfortunately i have not received b. Tech certificate. I followed up continuously with the study center and also university but no reply.

I had prepared demand draft and sent it to university but no further process happened.

To whom so ever it may concern, i completed my b. Tech (E&T) from ksou in 2016.
My enrollment number is 131071LBTET3016 .
Since then i have been waiting for my final degree certificate.i have each of all semester's mark sheet also have Provisional certificate of degree but don't have final degree certificate.
I have approached my study center several time but i haven't received proper information. I have called ksou many times in these 2 years but not pick up my call.
It's my humble request to issue my B.Tech degree certificate, as i need it urgently.

I am jayanta kumar bera, ba (English) student from 2014. My 1st year examination held on august 2014, reg. No. 1376baeng0057 and second year exam held on sep'2015, reg. No. 1376baeng0057.
Marks-sheet also given for both years but 3rd year marks-sheet still not given.

As per karnataka government order 2014-15 enrollment student get their certificate from ksou.
Kindly resolved the problem and get the certificate so i have done another course.

My name is bhoginder sharma. My duration is[protected] for b. A. From ksou. I want to know my registration certificate 515124bcom2010. My d. O. B 01.11.1992. I want to get verify this registration no. Is exist or not as ksou student on my name. I want to get verify for my job. As i want to join the new company and they will do a background verification.

I here by notifying ksou and demanding to issue my degree as i have completed mba in 2015 from delhi, since that institution disappeared i am trying to find out to get my degree an all the related mark sheets in order to complete my educational background, currently i am staying in saudi arabia and could not able to come to university, therefore i would like to know the process and the right person whom through i can get my mba degree

I have mailed the university about the concern but i have not received any reply from university
My study center's director says that you have to go myssore to obtain the migration certificate.
So what is the use of correspondence course.

Your numbers given on the website are useless. I am facing hard time contacting you and it is disgrace to the educational institution. Is there someone who can help or i need to take this matter to media and to the ministry of hrd. Even i applied for a new job and they are also not able to verify my details with the college. Who will going to pay for this loss. I will drag the college and all the concerned persons to the court if my concern is not resolved on priority. Why are you playing with the carrers of the people of india. I have completed my graduation from ksou in oct’14 however till date i have not received my degree. Your numbers and email ids are of no use. I regret doing my graduation through this university. To whomsover it may concern, can u share the status on this.

A month ago i visited karnataka state open university, mysore.
I passed b. B. M. From ln college which is under karnataka state open university in they year 2012 i passed, but i didn’t get my 6th semester backlog pass final marksheet and my convocation certificate and i need it urgently as i planning to study further so i need it but when i went special to get marksheet and convocation certificate but that time they said they will send a letter with they mentioned why they can’t give marksheet and convocation certificate, now it is two months m still waiting... Please do something

I have completed my b. Tech degree from karnataka university in 2015. I have submitted registration fees for leaving certificate, migration certificate on 19sep 2016. But i have not received the documents yet. My registration no. Is - 111042lbte0175. I need these certificate as soon as possible for us visa application. I am not able to apply for masters degree because of non availability of the documents

I am applying for my higher studies to canadian universities for which i require my transcript from ksou. I did bsc (It) batch 2008 to 2011. I have been contacting the university through calls and mails. They just keep transferring my calls but refuse to attend and take my request. I did get a revert to one of mails asking for certain documents and they would process it further. Post that, i have sent the requested documents...

I have completed diploma in mechanical branch my enrolment no is - (My reg no-121071lmscit3053, so till date there is no any response by the your institute for our mark sheet. There is no any information of results
I request the university members please resolved your problem and release our degrees. I am suffering more difficulties in my carriers due to unavailability of mark sheet.

My 5th, 6th semester result not yet received.2013-14

It's been 5 years now. And now it says indian ugc has derecognized ksou.

I m still without a proper job without my mark-sheet. I m 30 yrs old.

Our higher education, career life and promotions everything have affected due to this problem. No one can give us our precious time back.

You all have a responsibility to secure students' life. You all can't play with our lives. We are stuck with noting now. We are losing all the opportunities and this has been affected to our family life too. We hope that you all will sort this out and would release our final degree certificates as soon as possible.

I had enrolled in ksou distance mba in the year july 2013. And appeared for final test in july 2015. I have still not received final year marksheets. None of the phone numbers available on the website is working. Nobody from the university is giving apt response.

Please do the needful as i have paid the fees in full as well as appeared for all the tests
