Dear sir/madam,
I have submitted my convocation application along with complete documentation on 11/2016 and fees also paid rupees 1000/-. But till date (10/10/2017) the convocation certificate not been received from the university. And i didn't got provisional certificate also. After 10days i have hr round in one mnc organisation. I have to submit atleast provisional certificate. So please organize to let me know status. I have called multiple times to university and no reply from them.

I am facing this issue from last 2 years as i am doing MBA & cleared 3 sem out of 4.
But from last 2 years i am waiting for 4th Sem exams.

I have completed btech from ksou in the year[protected] i am still waiting for my btech completion certificate and convocation, the center i appeared for is not responding properly from 3 years (Vishweshwarya college of engineering, dwarka delhi). Kindly let me know how do i get my btech certificate. Kindly help me get my certificate i am from delhi... As we don't know nor informed from university about cancellation of approval so please do the needful in this regard.

Dear sir,
This s jyothi from bangalore i have completed my m com in may month 2017
Still not yet received my marksheet of final year's due to this issue there is a problem with documents pending in my job completion of document verification.
I have contacted my college in bangalore
But no proper response even throught the call also
To whom we need to contact regarding this issue don't know and due this issue i may loose my job if i m not submitting my marksheet to my office
Kindly do the needful as much as possible within october month i need my certificate.

I'm from MSc(IT) 2005 batch, I'm not received the marks card for the 3rd and 4th sem.
I have complained about this in KSOU office and no response from them.
From this forum, I like to ask and request please issue the marks card, otherwise I have to complain in consumer forum about this.

Hi, i had enrolled to online emba paying full fees of 35000.00 rs, i got my 1st semister marks sheet and was told the second term was delayed due to some problems.

But later i was informed that the course stays cancelled and no further information or refund was provided to me.

I have been calling the university person at jnu but no response.

I want my refund back.

Hi.. I have applied for migration/provision & degree in dec2015. I have received migration & provision but till the time not received degree. However i have paid the amount through dd.
Have tried many times to contact in university but unable to communicate due to language barrier & numbers not reachable. Have tried to contact through rti as well but no response was received.
Please advice as i need it on urgent basis. Have tried to call on [protected] also but nobody picks the call.

A writ petition has been filed in Karnataka High Court (W.P.No.55716/2016, 53536/2016) requesting for expediting examinations & other pending activities. As of now this matter is sub-judice. We are awaiting further instructions from the Court and we will keep you informed of the progress.

I have finished my 1st year in bachelor of science with reg. No:14227bscpcm0133. The last examination was held on aug/sept 2015. Now i am waiting for my 2nd year examinations (Should be in aug/sept 2016). But now its running 3rd year. The people saying that exam date has not announced yet.

I have registered through vasavi study centre (Student higher education, cont: [protected]), hanumakonda, warangal, telangana state. I wrote 1st yr exams and got the marks memo, now waitng for 2nd years exams from last two years. The people are escaping like exam date hasn't come from karnataka state open university. I have to write my 2 &3 yrs exams also.

Kindly response to as above.
Here with i am attaching scanned copy of my marks memo, kindly check the genuinity of the certificate and guide me for further procedure.

Hi sir,

Many students are facing issues and not able to get job, due to convocation certificate, ksou mysore is stopped giving convocation because of this many are facing life and death problems.
At least they an offer convocation who are completed there degrees, this would help many people life.

We are suffering with many career problems, not able to apply for job change and go for ny onsite opportunity with out this convocational certificate, because of one person mistake "many students life kept on danger" please resolve this.

I request government to take this on priority and save many students life.

I isha sood has completed m. Tech in it from karnataka state open university. Makhangogtri, in the year 2010 with registration number (D1082-mte-28162). I have applied for the migration certificate from the karnataka state open university. On 8 july 2017, as i got admission in ph. D in rajiv gandhi prodyogiki vishvavidyalya, bhopal. I have sent an application with all my m. Tech marksheets and dd of 1500 rs ad desired by the person who belongs to the migration certificate department of the organization. And now when i ask them status of my application they are giving excuses and not providing me with the migration certificate. Sir please help as without migration certificate my admission will be canceled.

I have took admission to M.Tech in KSOU(Karnataka State Open University) at May 2015, but now university is get closed and concern institute giving m proper response.
It has been 2 years passed, within that I suppose to be M.Tech., but only first semester has been happened.

Updated by Prasad S Gulawani I have to add complaint about Knowledge++ Panvel also, as they are not ready to change my university as all payments has been made by my side & they are saying to pay more for change o[censored]niversity. As I am not ready for the same. Because most of Instituions are doing the same for KSOU students on free basis.
Kindly look into the same matter.

I have passed b.tech.in mechanical engineering batch January/2011 to January/ 2014. Now I am lived in California from 2 years. I haven't received final degree certificate. I can't evaluate my qualification here without final degree and I am facing this problem due to delay process of ksou/ugc.
