Dear sir/madam,

I had invested my hard earned money to secure emba from ksou university in 2014. Had taken lot of efforts to complete their course along with investment of my savings for so many years.

I have no way now other than work for meagre salary in my existing company without post graduation. I have lost my money and also losing hope of getting the degree from ksou

Please help me in at least getting my money back.

I've submitted relevant forms and DD of Rs. 4000 in person (via my sister-in-law) to KSOU office in Mysore to release my Transcript. It has been over 1.5 months now (though they said it would reach my home within 10 days). Now, it is just impossible to even get through their numbers and find a suitable person who could answer the status of my request. To my amusement, calls and emails to Vice Chancellor have gone deaf. Every time I was redirected to one or the other number, but no solution so far. In fact lately when I could get number of "Case Handler", I was told that there are so many to work on and why should mine be picked earlier. I feel as if it was crime (or biggest mistake of my life) doing my MSc from KSOU, and given up hopes to get my Transcript from them. Me (from abroad) and my sister-in-law (from India) are continuously following up on this. If there is someone sensible towards their duty, I would urge them to just do it please, Or if there is some God somewhere then please enlighten them about their basic responsibility, and have them realize that our universities can never achieve a respect/position until we start doing very basics. Sir my name is gyan prakash dubey.
I started b. Tech (Mechanical) in 2012. My registration no. Is 114211fbtme005.
I appeared in the exam of 8th semester in aug.2015 through study centre in renukoot, u. P. (Subandana educational and rural development society) of ksou. I received up to 7th semester marksheet.
But till date i do not received the 8th semester mark sheet.
Centre in charge is saying that university is not providing your mark sheet of 8th semester.
Let me know what is the actual issue and how can i get my 8th semester marksheet.
I want to know the right person who can resolve the issue.

Mark sheet was resubmitted to u thru mites education institution (Bombay - jogeshwari) in the year 2014.
I have not yet received my emba degree and mark sheet my enrollment no - 1376emba0003, please requesting you to kindly take this in notice as my career is at stake, this is not my fault that ugc has derecognized karnataka state open university.

Dear sir,

I was enrolled with ksou through zadgloble acedemy. My enrollment no. Is 13201b. Com0166. Last year was b.com 3rd year. Ugc has derecognized the university for distance education outside the state. This is not the student fault. University shouldn't have took admission. Ugc should have allow those students who are enrolled. New law should have took place for fresh admission. Because of this our career is at stake. We lost our time n money. Nobody is responding and not picking the call. Kindly suggest how can we get our refunds. Is there any hope for old enrollment?

I took the admission in ksou in june 2015 batch in emba. I paid 15600 as first semester fees. From then to today no exams has happened because of the problem with ugc. I requested ksou many times to refund my money so that i can take admission in some other university. But they are keep replying me they are checking with ugc they cannot refund the money. For one year emba already 2 years has gone. It become a obstacle in my carreer. But these ksou people are not able to understand anything. I had mails with ravindranath. [protected]@ksouonline. Edu.in who is a project head in ksou.
Can you advise where we can file complaint against ksou for not refunding money?

I joined at 2013 for bsc by correspondence. I got my 2year certificate 4th sem completed. After 5th and 6th sem final year examinations university not going to conduct its effecting to students. Kindly conduct exams atleast for final year students. Or kindly arrange to refund our amount. There is some issues in ksou for that th not conducting exams

My daughter soft ware engineer& qualified engineer in be degree from nie my sore. She gave up software engineer post with the intention to train up my grandson who is in middle school 8th std.
Now she has completed her msc in mathematics and marks cards also received. One year back. Even after lapse of 1 year she has not received her provisional degree certificate.

The KSOU has been de-recognized in 2015 for violating some of the UGC norms, affecting the career of 3 lakh students and I'm also one among them.

We are requesting UGC to allow the existing students to complete the course and stop the new entries. The petition has been raised by us on the same to take this incident to government's notice.

Its already been more then two years for 1 year executive programme. It is submitted that my original dmc of class llm (1st semester) has been misplaced (Dmc registration no.131441fllm0007) and i have filed a fir. After that i write a request to the registrar evaluation, examination bhawan, karnataka state open university, mukthagangoti, mysore on dated 02.01.2017 along-with demand draft no.228493 of rs.800/-, affidavit, copy of dmc-ii, iii & iv semester and copy of fir for issuance of duplicate llm - 1st semester dmc. A reminder has sent to the quarter concerned on 16.02.2017 with a request to issue the duplicate dmc. But til date no response has been received from the university and no communication has been received till date.
You are, therefore, requested to directed the quarter concerned for issuance of duplicate dmc llm 1st semester. I will be highly thankful to you.

Most respectfully i beg to submit that
1. I, kajal mukherjee, am working as school teacher in high school in ranchi.

2. I have enrolled in m. Sc in environmental science from karnataka state open university, mysore and my registration number is 12133mses0007. I was enrolled through mindtrek, new delhi.

3. I appeared in the first year exam held in 2013 and i successfully cleared the first year and got the mark sheet which is attached herewith.

4. I have also appeared in the second year held in 2014 and also successfully cleared the second year. I have got the cross list as well as mark sheet also which is attached herewith.

5. But unfortunately there was a mistake in the second year mark sheet. The registration no. Was printed as 12133mses007 in place of 12133mses0007. For correction this was returned to the university but till date, (Almost two years) in spite of vigorous efforts, the corrected mark sheet has not been issued till date. I am in deep trouble as for want of this my promotion is held up. At last i came to know from the newspaper that your kindness is helping in such type of cases.

It is therefore humble request to your kindness to kindly look into this matter so that i can get my corrected mark sheet at the earliest so that i can get my promotion.
I will be highly obliged for this kind of act.
