We got admission in mba in 2012 through sharma institute of computers who was a franchise of edutek, gurgaon (Study centre of ksou) and we have completed the degree in last of 2014. Unfortunately the proprietor of sioc has expired and till date we have not get dmc even after contacting edutek, gurgaon so many times. We are fail to get the dmc even after 2 years. Please help us to get the same.

My name is poonam r/o lodhi colony. Matter is that i completed my post graduation (M.com) from karnataka state open university, mysore off campus in delhi from virtual education trust (http://www.vet.pctiltd.com) iait dl-140 (Study centre code), mayur vihar acharya niketan delhi.

2. I completed my m.com (Pass) program in 2014. But it had been 2 years i haven't yet received my last semester's marks card and consolidated marks card. Whenever i go to iait vet to the concerned person always say that we are working on it, we are working on it... And we will bring your mark sheets from the university as soon as possible. And i have been suffering from this for a long time. I have contacted them regarding this issue many times. But they are not concerning this issue. They even don't think about the students that there career is on sickle and what can happen with the student in the coming future.
3. Therefore it is my humble request that kindly look into this matter and help me please, so that in future no one can be suffered by this kind of situations. My roll no is 112mc1010001

Its been almost a year since the ksou and ugc case started. Since then lakhs of students are unable to pursue any degree from ksou. I am in my final year bsc. in animation and film making, my admission took place in the year 2013 in the moth of September, according to the rules and regulations of the university my degree of 3 years should be completed by September of 2016, but i still am waiting for my 5 semester exams, which should have been conducted in the month of February 2016. Its been almost 7 months since February and still am waiting for my 5 semester exams. Exams are not being conducted because of the case going on in the court. Because of this lakhs of students who have lakhs of dreams and goals are not able to think what to do with their future. Kindly take the students lives into consideration and please look after the case related to ksou, so that there'll be at least some relief the students can get so that they can move on with their lives.

I had given my second semester exam on april-2015 but yet not get result or mark sheet. I had not get any positive answer from my franchisee kcera (Krishnapur center for environmental & rural advancement)....

Hi, i seriously don't understand why this unrecognised ksou by ugc is conducting examination for courses like ba, bcom, ma, mcom etc etc traditional. I cant really understand how can these corrupt authorities play with the students of this university. The students who attended 2nd year of ba and bcom recieved their 2nd year marks card which has no ugc recognisation. 1st year marks card and 2nd year marks are very different. Lakhs of students specially of final year, are undoubtedly forced to write there exam with just a false hope of authorities does something. And some students just lost hope in the authorities and just discintinued their students. Sadly, seeing the pace how these people, took this issue is very upseting to all the students and all citizens too, to see how the management authorities and government works for the welfare of students. I appeal with great concern and sincerity to our last hope to our sri pm modi, to kindly help the students of our nation to overcome this problem since the students are really suffering mentally, emotionally, and feeling really helpless. I just hope they atleast postponed the exams till they get recognised so that they can issue a certificate that is of worth. Else its no doubt they will issuing a useless and waste certificate which is no more that of just a simple normal paper. It would just be a waste certificate that showcase how the reputed university cheat students of our nation, and how ugc looks at the matter in such casual manner, without any concern towards students.
Lastly, i apeal to the concerned authority, management o[censored]niversity and ugc, as well us to the government, please sought out this matter to the earliest and please postponed the exams untill this is declared as recognised, hopefully atleast then students who were broke down could atleast give their exams and recover the loss of time, tension, and hope.
Please save our efforts. Save our hardwork, save our loyality, save the trust, save our hope of having good future, which we have lost today.

Please please please help us, and please solve this problem.

My relative was studenst of ksou in 2012-13 through distance education. he pass in his exam but they do not received there certificate. so every time in job opening our state, they are not able to apply because university did not issue there certificates. they are helpless.
So i requested you that what will we do to get there certificate.

I called on this number[protected]... a lady received the call asked me if i am looking for admission. i said i want to enquire regarding my marksheet which i have not received. she immediately...

I am sagarika muduli from bhubaneswar, odisha, after completed my bsc biotechnology from utkal university working as a lab technician at institute of life sciences, bbsr. for my further study i took distance admission on msc microbiology at karnataka state open university, last year (ksou) (http://karnatakastateopenuniversity.in/) through a study center otpm bbsr (http://www.otpmindia.com/) in month of 23rd may 2015. total course fee was 25, 000/- (for all four semesters). my first semester held on 28th august 2015 but my second semester till not completed. when i am asking otpm about that second semester exam, they told it will be occur in the month of february 2016.in between 1 year completed but they didn’t gave any satisfactory answer.in 26th may 2016 after seeing the ugc derecognisation report they ask me for transfer my admission to kanpur university as they know there was some problem created (http://www.kanpuruniversity.org/) but later they refuse for transfer also. many times otpm staff who receive my phone calls they told that, ” otpm had already refund money to many students you come and take your money but later they refused to give money. its already over 1 year but they are not responding. after minimum 30times gone there they told me they will give me the total money back if they saw the derecognisation report by the webmail. its already reported that the ugc recommendation never came back to that university as a fake university. finally they told me they will get the recognisation by 30th june 2016, but we found there is no reply no recognisation sign by website.
From web, newspaper and also ksou official web sites it informs that ugc had terminated its recognition. so kindly consider my problem and give me my money back.

I am Seema D Gowda, a student of KSOU- Karnataka State Open University, Mysore, have been successfully trapped to take admission for MBA in HR Management online Program, on 11th July 2015, and have paid a Lump-sum fees amount of Rs. 50, 500 (Rupees Fifty thousand five hundred) towards the course. When I was just checking for my MBA through net, I came across website : www.ksouodl.com, Pune, a KSOU coordinator - [censored]al Kumbhar - email id: [censored]al.[protected]@ksouodl.com, contact no: +91-[protected], [protected], came online to chat and started following up for admissions and further her reporting manager - Mr. Arvind Pandit - email id: arvind.[protected]@ksouodl.com, contact no: +91-[protected], +91-[protected] started calling up continuously for more than 5-6 times a day and finally, I took my admission, as they assured good online education support with well trained teachers, who will be coordinating with us on daily basis through net - ie., UTS - Universal Training Solutions Pvt. Ltd ., which is all fake. Further there was no response from their end after 20 days of severe follow up I received my Student ID : [protected], Then I started coordinating for study material, and with great difficulty and follow ups with Chaitanya - Dispatch coordinator, contact no: +91-[protected] I received books after 2 months ie., Dtd : 31-Aug-2015, then I started studying and attended the assignments - scored 99% in assignments, further followed up for examination dates as it was supposed to be in the month of December. My student counsellor - Ankur, email id: [protected]@universitysupportservices.co.in - Contact no:[protected], confirmed that exams are postponed to January, after further followups confirmed that exams are in the month of March - when I called up in the month of March, Seema Verification coordinator, contact no: +91-[protected], asked me to shift my admission to JNU - Jaipur National University, as KSOU is facing some problem with UGC Approval and when I checked in website, JNU was not having good feedback and further I did not accept to take admission in JNU, called [censored]al Kumbhar to refund my amount, she asked to write a mail to KSOU, further is not picking up my call, but student counsellor Ankur, promised to refund amount in 3 months of time, now three months of time is over, but I could not see one single person coordinating for it, they are either picking up my call, not replying on mails. People have started cheating students in the name of Education.

On May 25 2015 I took admission to Karnataka State Open University for 1 Year EMBA course for July 2015 Batch. Many times I sent email & requests through student portal to university regarding ID card & examination & I was getting same reply that your ID card will be dispatched soon & once dates of exams confirmed you will get email from university. After waiting for more than 6 months I came to know that UGC-DEB has cancelled the recognition of the University, then I sent so many emails & requests through student portal to university but no reply. Then I decided to lodge complaint to higher authorities so I sent complaint letters to DEB, New Delhi & UGC SWRO Bangalore & to University but till date I have not received any reply. I have also sent emails complaints to Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Admin.Support Team, Admission Counselor, PS to HRD, Higher Education Board Karnataka, Secretary UGC, & many more authorities but I have not received any reply. Now I want the refund of full admission fees of Rs.15, 600 from the University & I don't want any kind of degree from the University.

I am a student who is waiting for ksou exams, but bharath post graduate college, mylapore, chenai. Say that ksou vc is not available to get the time table. They keep shouting at students who keep waiting and tend to ask the reason for the delay for almost 6 months?
If this is a genuine complaint board, please save my money and career. There are lots of other students waiting for exams and are scared to take any action against chennai ksou.
Please post the solution for this problem, instead of asking the tn government.

I completed my course in 2013 and eversince i have been taking constant follow up with mr desai upon my final degree certificate however he is failed to attend my query and keeps on delaying.

I have moved to singapore however i tried many a times to get in touch with him and provide me with the certificate but no proper response i am getting.

Kindly look in to the matter and solve as here in singapore i need to generate original certificate to get a right job according to my qualifications.

I am student of KSOU, Mysore. I have completed my graduation from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysore in 2013. My 1st semester (1st Sem) had been completed in June 2010 from that University through University's collaborative Virtual Education Trust, New Delhi. But there is problem that I have not received the original marksheet of 1st Sem. I unable to got that marksheet because that study center (Modern Institute of Management, Code No. DL108, Lajpat Nagar) closed due to their internal problem.They gave me 1st Sem only backed marksheed of one subject because I backed in one subject and I passed in that subject in second attempt.They told me that marksheet we have lost due to switching the office from one place to another place. I talked to concerned person ofModern Institute of Management Mr. Abhishek. He told me, I have not your marksheet you may contact to Virtual Education Trust (Collaborator of KSOU), Pritampura, New Delhi. I contacted him many times but he always denied my matter. I changed that study center and took admission in IODL study center (Code No. 1329) in the 3rd Semester. I told them about my problem. They promised me to solve that problem.Suddenly they (study center) changed the trust in ALGOL Trust, Faridabad. Every time I requested to them but they told me that marksheet is under process. After completion of all semester again I requested to them but they gave me excuses. After some time, they also closed their institute. Mr. Anil (ALGOL) in ALGOL suggested me to go in Virtual Education Trust one again.
Once Mr. Anil (ALGOL) promised to bring my marksheet one years ago but He also betrayed me and denied and send me Virtual Education Trust. He said, I have not your database. I complained about him and his trust but found no result.
Mr. Anil told me they will give you your marksheet because your database is there .Then I contacted to Virtual Trust (to Mr. Mohit) in September 2015. He told me it will take 2-3 months to proceed. I applied for marksheet along with DD. He told me your original marksheet will come after two months. After two months asked about my marksheet then he told me, your marksheet is in process it will come after one month but my marksheet din't come. After one month he resigned from there and gave charge to Mr. Satyaprakash (M. No. [protected]). Mr. Mohit told me you should follow Mr. Satyaprakash. I also shared my problem to Mr. Satyaprakash regarding marksheet. He promised me to give my marksheet in two months. He did'nt give me my marksheet after two months. I have asked many times about my marksheet but he always deny to give my marksheet and extend the time.
Now they are saying that University (KSOU) is not co-operating with us. We will get any information then we will contact to you but from seven month I haven't received marksheet.
I have applied for duplicate marksheet from 7 month from Virtual Education trust, New Delhi but I haven't received my 1st semester's marksheet. I am contacting them again and again but they are giving me time again and again. 7 month has gone but no result. Due to absence of 1st Semester marksheet, I unable to apply for consolidated marksheet and degree.
I have become helpless. Please suggest me what can I do for this fetal problem.
I feel very sad. I have completed my graduation but I have not any degree & complete certificate. This is horrible for me or anyone.

I am trying and asking for my marksheet from last 5 years to various related persons but they were only extending the time.

Mr. Satyaprakash ([protected]) (Virtual Education Trust) promised me many times to bring my marksheet from 6 months but there is no result. Sometimes he does't pick up my phone and sometimes extend the time.
