Hi, This is Satish Samineni resident of HYderabad. I have registered vide no 121072MTEE0038 with KSOU through collaborative Institute "Jaya Vaishnavi College, Hyderabad, Mob: [protected], [protected]" in 2012 for MTech Electrical engineering and finished the course in 2015. I got all the marksheets of 4 semisters vide serial No. Sem1 - M[protected], Sem2 - M[protected], Sem3 - M[protected] and Sem4 - M[protected]. The college has collected money for the provisional certificate and degree certificate as well but till date they have not issued the certificate. Now they are not giving the certificates or refunding the amount paid for the course.

      At first i am introducing myself, i am Harjit Singh, student of Executive MBA in Human Resources Management, under ksou (Karnataka state open university) through Algol Universal Trust, Faridabad, Haryana. my enrollment no.-121071EMBA0150.
      I had passed my second semester exam during August 2013. Neither i get my degree cerificate nor any positive answer from Karnataka State Open university. My humble request to you, kindly acknowledge my mail and provide my degree certificate as soon as possible. I am enclosing my first ans second semester mark sheets for your reference.

      After 15 days all we are standing at same place. It seems that no one from university has seen the complaint or messages. i want degree certificate urgently. Otherwise i have to knock the door of court.

      I am sorry to say that being a citizen of Independent India, I have not received any answer neither from Consumer complaint forum nor from KSOU after a period of 15 months.

          They delay in providing the necessary documents which is needed for the further studies even after paying the fee. I have requested for the transfer certificate and paid the fee with the markscards and even after 3-4 months they didn’t sent the transfer certificate. I had to travel all the way to university to ask about this. They don’t pick the call. Even after going there, they don’t bother to address your issue. There is a staff called siddappa who handles these kind of documents and he just ignores the issues saying some lame reasons. They take the students life for granted.

            My wife has done PG in M.A(History) from KSOU in 2015. But till now she hasn't got his provisional and original certificates from University. Kindly check that the Degree is valid or not. University is not responding and study centers are closed. Thanks

I have tried multiple times to contact KSOU, but till no response, from 3-4 years, i am waiting for my certificate, but concern person number was switched off.

                        To whom so ever it may concern, i completed my b. Tech (Mechanical ) from ksou in 2015. My enrollment number is Reg. No: 121071LBTME31692
                        Since then i have been waiting for my degree certificate. I have approached my study center several time but i haven't received proper information. I have called ksou many times but they didn't not pick up my call. It's my humble request to issue my b. Tech degree certificate, as i need it urgently.

                                Since then I have been waiting for my Degree certificate(provisional received as per attachment).Now I have applied for a job in MNC and they are doing education verification but no response received from university side.
