At first i am introducing myself, i am Mihir Patel, student of sun marsh institute reputed study center Vadodara Gujarat, under KSOU (Karnataka state open university), my enrollment no.-12771FDCS0001,

I have booked ticket in the KSRTC online website on[protected] with booking reference number OB52694067, I paid amount through phone pe wallet, transaction ID T2212022058480498067055, order IDYPHW[protected], I contacted KSRTC customer care, they told that amount will be refunded, but still amount not refunded

I have applied 2 times for my certificate and paid the fees also through Bank DD.
But still not received certificate from unit.
