Sir i had completed b. Tech in mechanical engg.in year[2012 to 15] and received all semester detailed mark sheets. But unfortunately i have not received b. Tech certificate. I followed up continuously with the study center and also university but no reply. I had prepared demand draft and sent it to university but no further process happened. My reg.
