Sir i have passed ma in sociology in jun/july 2014. I have received my marks sheet sl no-1228763 dtd 06/12/14. My reg no -10107masoci0162. I didnot received my degree certificate. I am in indian air force. Presently posted to punjab. How i can apply for degree certificate kindly send me application format and full procedure as iam not able to visit my study centre in bihar, sitamarhi. Kindly guide me.
