I mr. Rijaz travelling from suntikoppa to bengaluru in airavat vide pnr no j65040520. The bus was supposed to reach mysore and again start from mysore at 19:45 hrs. But the bus reached mysore at 20:50 hrs. Throughout the route he was driving at a speed of 40-50 kmph, where as it wasn't raining and the traffic was very less. The important point to be noted is that, only driver was available. It's the passengers who takes the water bottles and asking the driver to switch on the ac when not working.
After reaching mysore, we reported the same to the ksrtc employee in the counter at platform no. 1. He enquired to the driver and then the driver replied that the bus is very old and it's the passengers who are always late by one hour making the bus to wait at the bus stands. (I have never seen a ksrtc bus waiting for someone for than 10 minutes, and they should wait also). We boarded at suntikoppa and waited for 15 mins for the bus to arrive. Such lame excuses hurt the passengers feelings towards the government establishment and it's employees. Further, the employee at ksrtc bus stand refused to lodge a formal complaint and asked us to get in the bus and told that now on the bus will go fast and reach our destination in time (Which is not safe). On departure from mysore, the driving was rash driving as if he has vengeance for us complainants.
I would like the complaint cell to take action on the following
(A) non professional driving.
(B) if the bus is too old and not suitable to drive fast, then the bus should be changed. It's not like the passengers are shelling out the money for fast and safe journey and not being provided with.
(C) ksrtc staff at mysore refusing to lodge complaint and mutually solving the issue by not actually solving it. We passengers are limited to our time issues to argue with all your staff.
(D) rash driving from mysore to bangalore after the complaint, which shows the arrogant attitude of the employee to the passengers.
(E) refused to give seat to public at mysore bus stand stating that there is no seat available, where as there were around 8 seats vacant (It is strictly limited to the department, but loss to govt)
My point (B) should be addressed at the earliest as it matters lives of around 45 passengers...

    Sir,
    I am lloyd george from ernakulam. I booked a ticket from karnataka ksrtc website for ac sleeper bus from vytilla (Kerala) to bangalore on 26.06.2017. The ticket was booked on 29may 2017. When i booked for ticket, first time i selected seat no.19 and it showed my transaction failed. I got failed message and i am holding the screen shot for proof. But my account was deducted by rs.1399. Still i didn't get any successfull message. So i booked seat no.26 again since last transaction was failed. I got successfull message and received pnr number j64610552. I lodged a complaint via email on 13.06.2017 to [protected]@ksrtc.org after waiting for 7 days for refund of my rs.1500 which is deducted 2 times for 1 ticket.

    After 4 days, i got a call from ksrtc saying that my both transactions were successfull and 2 seats are allotted to me. They said that this happened due to site technical issues and they promised to cancel one ticket and refund me the same in few days. Now when i boarded the bus no. Ka 40 f 1208, vytilla to bangalore sleeper, at 7.25pm from vytilla hub on 26.06.2017, i came to know that 2 seats are there against my name as per the conductor list. He cancelled one ticket and allotted me seat 26 against pnr number. He himself allotted seat no.19 (Pnr no-j[protected] to other person and collected cash. When i asked for refund, he asked me to contact customer care. I contacted customer care and they asked me to forward me email and i forwarded the mail. I want my money back. I can't suffer for the negligence from the part of ksrtc for refunding my cash. This is total injustice and i informed that i will approach court against it. How can they cancel a ticket by yourself and sell to others? If this is experience for a public servant like me, what about the public?. Kindly find the attachment of screen shot as proof of failure while booking seat no.19. Since there is no action from the side of ksrtc, i am forced to register complaint with you in order to get justice from you. I request you to take strict actions against concerned officials and reimburse my money back at the earliest. Thanking you.

      I took ksrtc bus no. Ka 17, f 1615 from bangalore to chitradurga which left bangalore at 12:00 pm.. Conductor said it is non stop after bangalore next stop will be hiriyur and next will be chitradurga.. It was non stop till sira after that driver started stoping in almost every village, when i asked about that then i was told to get down if i want to..

      Didn't ever expected this kind of worst service ever.

        This is regarding the bad experience of my father, mother and my grand mother had during the bangalore darshan on 09/june/17

        1. At the start of the trip:
        The guide asked my family members whether they know hindi or kannada.
        Being from andhra pradesh village background they don't know both languages and conveyed the same and told him that they know telugu.

        But the guide made fun of them that they don't know these languages and they have wasted their money by boarding the bus.

        That day all the tourists on the bus were from telugu background and even the guide knows telugu language. Later he started to describe all the thing in telugu only.

        He has know rights to humiliate tourists like this.

        2. Later during the visit to iscon temple

        As my grant mother is a aged person (Age:70) it was difficult for her to take steps for going up and down in iscon temple.
        So my family members were 5 minutes late to report at bus after temple visit.
        For this with out giving consideration for her age he keep on shunting them that they are late to board the bus. And keep on disturbing them during the tour up to afternoon later which he got gown some where.

        Sir these type of behaviour by a guide is uncalled and he should be punished for his mistakes.
        This kind of experiences will bring bad name to ksrtc. Please take necessary action against him.

          Hi team, i booked a ticket to travel from bangalore to pune and kstrc ppl canceled the ticket saying that the bus is under maintenance and there are no other but going on that route. They did not arrange any transport for us.
          Also when called to the customer care number people started speaking to us rudely. Saying you need to arrange a travel. Also could when give to maintenance team the person was not able to speak and convey anything nor he was understanding anything.

            I travelled from airport to bangalore on 16th june, 2017 by kstdc taxi number ka 41 a 4096. The driver told me he would provide me an onspot bill for my travel as i was on an official trip. But he did not carry a bill book & i called kstdc at first they kept giving me other numbers, finally when i somehow got to the right person he said the driver's phone is not reachable, it was a bill for ₹950 from airport to my drop location. Nobody is answering my call. Its not as much about money as it is about honesty issues here, no body takes the customer seriously. As far as i am aware provision of bills is mandatory as per indian regulations too, look into the matter & provide a solution so that all this trouble is not repeated for anybody else.

              The buses or not coming or arriving on correct time and after 6:30pm there is no bus at all if we get the bus also they will not complete the trip they will stop in the middle of the way. Today (16/06/2017) the 6:30pm bus came early that is on 5:55pm the bus number is 122 and ther is also other bus like 122a, 122c think the problem will be rewsolved soon..

                  Sir bangalore to mulabagilu most of the buses ply by going to narasapura
                  Tavarekere, tamaka, kolar bus stands by wasting the time of officials working in these belts. My suggestion to you is at peak hours morning around 7am to 10am and evening 5.30 to 8pm make the buses ply direct from one place to another mention that these as express or byepass or before starting let the conductor check and start the bus so that ksrtc can compete with private buses. Ksrtc buses ply empty because of your time taken to reach the destination. Kindly you do this and observe most of the officials, teachers, lecturers, it people, bank employees will be thankful to you. Private buses are taking advantages and earning good profit they are more fast limited stops and reach the destination early,

                    In mysore many buses are running (116 and 119) in which there are no ticket conductors and driver himself gives the ticket. Many times driver give the ticket from one hand and drive the steering from the other hand. It is quite dangerous also.in these kind of buses driver close the back door so that people can get up in bus from front door and so that driver cum conductor can charge the ticket at entrance only. It causes lot of convenience to passengers and is risky also. Today 14 june 2017 same thing happened in bus ka09f4474, bus starts from lnt and driver stopped the bus at shobha gate and then started giving the ticket. He skipped some further bus stops also. Kindly look into this issue. If there is shortage of manpower in ksrtc? Even if it is there such thing should not happen.

                      There is no option of payment via rupay debit cards in ksrtc website. Now a days we are shifting to cashless transactions, but we don't buy visa / master cards as it is owned by foreign companies. Please provide rupay option also as it helpfull to mant peoples like us.

                      Untill we won't use your services.

                      We really hate entertaining visa / master cards.

                        Booked ticket online for journey performed on 6/6/17 by ksrtc airavat from bangalore to chennai by trip 13:59.
                        My account debited for ₹657/- and seat no allotted was 16.
                        Upon reaching the bus stop i was informed that the transaction was not successful and that i should buy another ticket to perform journey to chennai. I was assured that ksrtc would refund the money as booking was not successful.
                        I paid ₹640/- and purchased the ticket and travelled. Upon seeking refund i am informed that transaction was successful and that money can't be refunded by accounts section. Pl arrange for refund immediately.

                          I am a frequent passenger of ksrtc. This time i had booked my journey from madurai to mangalore as per the above schedule. Due to some unseen road transport delay from my native place shivaganga to mattuthavani... I could not reached the pick up point by 4.36. But i did a pre request to the bus conductor on a phone call. I asked 10 minutes more to reach there... He did agreed and i reached at 4.45 to the pick up point. But the bus was left on time and we were asked to pick the bus at next bus stop i. E. Saravana bhavan or fathima college by auto... But he was deliberately left the pick up point without informing us and again asked to come to karur by 7.30. This indicacates his own irresponsibility and seems to be misunderstanding between employees. But because of them we lost the bus as well as the hope about ksrtc. I request you to kindly take action for the same.

                            Hello sir /madam
                            We took a ksrtc sleeper from adoni to bangalore dated 11 june 2017 service number f533. We have booked two tickets for 2 adults (2 ladies). We had a kid of height 119 cm and 7 years. While booking ticket online, there is no mention of child ticket or no option to select as child, hence we did not enter any details. The online option does not talk about child fare rules and regulations as well.
                            While getting into the bus the conductor told we have to take ticket for the kid. We mentioned if he gives us a berth, we will take it. There was only seat and he gave that to somebody else. He charged child fare ticket and not given any berth, while arguing he stops the bus and asked us ladies to get down the bus. How could he even ask 2 ladies with kid to get down from the bus at 10:20 pm ist when we hold 2 reserved tickets and speak so rashly with women.
                            I would like you to take this complaint seriously and take action on the conductor and also provide us the refund as we did not get berth and paid the money.
                            We are going (MOTHER, two kids.kids age is 12 and 9years.conducter asking full ticket for 9 years kid also.My son is 4th standard. I said him I have proof of adhar card, school identity card and birth certificate.but he is shouting and took the full ticket for all.in spot i showed him proof but he took full ticket for 9 years kid also).Bengaluru to Hindupur .the bus number is KA 40, F.1292 .conductor speaks rashly That's why y we took full.pls take a complaint and refund my amount.

                              We four office colleagues booked rajahamsa executive for pondicherry trip for friday, 26th 2017 the bus was scheduled at 10:20 pm for pondicherry from st johns bus stop pick up point. We trust ksrtc as its safe for girls and it was nearest pickup point as we stay near btm.

                              We reached the pickup point at 9:30 pm. It was raining very heavily we were waiting and checking for our bus under petrol bunk. We had hope the bus will come just delay due to rains and patiently waited and checked every ksrtc bus passing. At 1:30am rajahamsa for 9:20 pm reached. We had hope and we were standing under petrol bunk and waiting for our bus. At around 2 am 10:12 pondicherry bus came and we had still hope for our 10:20 bus. It became almost 3 am in the morning and there were few passengers waiting for the same bus.

                              Today, we called the ksrtc customer care to enquire about the incidents and then we come to know that the bus that we had booked was never started from the source neither the bus number was also generated.

                              As we had already booked the return ticket and unfortunately we have to cancel it and we are not getting the full amount back.

                              So, if you please take this issue as a priority and process the full refund initiation, we would be very grateful to you.

                              Mentioned below is the pnr details for both onward and return journey.

                              Bangalore to pondicherry dated (26th may 2017)- j64497750

                                ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ksrtc ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಸಿಂಬಂದಿ ನನ್ನ ಜೊತೆ ಕೆಟ್ಟದಾಗಿ ಮಿಸ್ ಬಿಹಾವೀರ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ . ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಕೆ ಆದ ನಾನು ಕರ್ನೂಲ್ ಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ[protected] ತೆರಳುವ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ನಾನು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಸಿಂಬಂದಿ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಕರ್ನೂಲ್ ಹೋಗೋ ಬಸ್ ಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದೆ ಆದ್ರೆ ಅವ್ರು aprtc ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡು ಅದು ಇದು ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂಥ ಕೆಟ್ಟದಾಗಿ ವರ್ತಿಸಿದ್ರು .. ಮತ್ತೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಗಂಟೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೇಳಿದೆ ... ಅಡಕೆ ಅವ್ರು ದೊಡ್ಡ ರೌಡಿ ತರ ವರ್ಥಿಸಿದ್ರು ಕೆಟ್ಟದಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿದ್ರು ಇವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಗಳು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಿನಂತಿ

                                ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ksrtc ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಸಿಂಬಂಸಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಗಳು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಅಂಥ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆನೆ ...
                                The service of the Enquiry desk is very poor and the staf are very arrogant and rude to us, when we try to approach them in a very polite and decent manner they behave in a very arrogant manner . Which is very wrong and unlawful.

                                  Bag lost in ksrtc bus

                                  I lost my bag with laptop and mobiles in ksrtc bus no f 925 from coimbatore to bangalore on 7th june 2017. The bag contains laptops mobiles, id card, laptop charger, mobile chargers. I have seen the bag while bus was stopped in between for tea. When i am about to get down at silkboard the bag was missing. Can you please help me to find my bag as it contains my laptop and other valuable things....

                                  Reserved seats are not given to elderly men and women. Men occupy the seats of women and have no concern on senior citizens or pregnant women or the women with babies. When informed to conductor, these matters are ignored because he says he is helpless. When spoken by myself to people, they have arguments saying it doesn't workout in ksrtc buses. Kindly look into this issue. Many of the people are unaware of this reserved seats nor they ask if they are aware. No strict rules are implemented on this. Kindly look into this issue.

                                    I'm charan, i booked 3ticket from thiruvannamalai to bangalore[protected]am i boarded in a right time but conductor is not allowing us to sit in the booked seat we were standing for an hour

                                    Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible,

                                    Conductor is refusing to give selected seat we 3 were standing, im complaining very seriously regarding this issue kindly take a action

                                      I had booked the ticket to reach early to my destination. But even after 10.40pm bus hasn't turned up in time. I approached tc & enquiry office to reschedule my journey by 10.10pm bus. They didn't show cooperation. I had to spend 2 hrs in bus stand waiting for the bus. Totally dissatisfied.
