Address: Raichur, Karnataka, 584102

The bus number KA-36 F-1150 from Raichur to Bangalore which is supposed to come at 3:30PM.
Arrived at 4:20 PM.
And left at 4:45 PM. Is there any time management sence or not.
And moreoverthe behaviour of the conductor is the worst part so arrogant and abbussive to ladies and passengers we started complaining about this to the depot manager. His cell no..[protected].
The conductor is not ready to leave or start the bus moreover he started telling us to complain to whomsoever you want.
Or else get out and go in other bus.
I request you to maintain some time sence and ask your conductor to behave properly with the customers. He is not in a position to listen to the control room officer's order more over he says he will reach bellary at 11PM.what is this hell going on in ksrtc

I always love to travel by KSRTC from wherever I have to take public transport. My experience has always been good but why more price to Mangalore to Bangalore compare to Other Bus Service and other Routes. Also different prices on Friday and Sunday.

KSRTC — Wrong bus and seat given

I booked ticket for Bangalore to Belgaum at 9 :15 pmbus for seat no 40 and ticket was coming for this only pnr no T53910239 but they booked 11: 15 pm bus & I want to refund my money

KSRTC — Regular stop in shanti signal

Dear sir, in Bangalore one stop is there that is shanti signal, but nobody bus drivers no stop there. Please provide regular stop in shanti signal In Bangalore

While booking online, payment has been generated to the extent of Rs, 1442 against Ref: OB16206154, Please refund the amount to the same payment bank details

KSRTC — Refund of debited account thru online booking

    I am complaining for the rude behavior of conductor of bus g4 (Ka-01-fa-2345). I picked the bus. Ticket fair was 12 rs. I don't have change. So i gave 20 rs to conductor but he gave back 7 rs to me and for 1 rs he said i will not give, do whatever you want to do. You should take change with you.

    Note: he has 1 rs change with him at that time.

    So is this our responsibility to carry change with us. Its conductor responsibility to give change to the passenger.

    It's not just about 1 rs but its about his behavior.

    Please take necessary action.

    KSRTC — Refund for cancelled transaction : OB18135807

    I had tried booking 2 tickets for Bangalore to Ooty and return, on 7 Dec 2015. The money was deducted from my card but the tickets were not confirmed. Can you please provide the refund to me.

    I was traveling from Kasaragod to Bangalore on the bus f4130. They had stopped for a bathroom break and the driver didn't allow me use the bathroom and asked me to pee on the roadside instead. He was shaming me for not obeying him and started calling me out. This is such a irresponsible behaviour. I'm deeply disappointed and looking for other alternatives to travel next time. I hope this doesn't repeat with another person. Cleanliness and proper behaviour should be a part the KSRTC employees work culture.

As a humble student, my adventures commence bright and early as the bus sets off at 7:00 a.m. However, here's where the hilarity (and frustration) ensues.

    🚌😮 Picture this: the bus arrives with impeccable punctuality, well before 6:20 a.m. However, instead of graciously pulling into the designated bus stop, the driver decides to play a game of "let's make the passengers wait endlessly outside." It's like an unexpected pit stop, but without any snacks or entertainment to keep us occupied! 🙄

    🚫🎩 Now, let's shift our attention to the charming driver himself, who sports square glasses that seem to magnify his peculiar temperament. As we eagerly try to board the bus, we are greeted with a barrage of colorful vocabulary that could rival the linguistic skills of a seasoned pirate. It's as if we've stumbled upon a treasure trove of insults and name-calling, with "goli maka" being the crown jewel. I must admit, amidst my frustration, I'm grateful for the opportunity to expand my Kannada vocabulary with such colorful comebacks. 😁🏴‍☠️

    📢🚏 But wait, there's more! Not only do some of these adventurous bus drivers neglect their duties as announcers of stops, but they also possess a remarkable talent for stopping the bus either in front of or behind the actual bus stop. It's like a game of bus stop roulette, where passengers are left bewildered, wondering if they've accidentally teleported into a parallel universe of confusion and inconvenience. To top it off, it is us, the passengers, who bear the brunt of their mistakes and receive a scolding for their own missteps. Quite the turn of events, wouldn't you agree? 🤷‍♀️

    🎭🔨 Now, dear Consumer Complaints Karnataka, I kindly implore you to take swift action and recommend these wayward drivers to seek treatment for what can only be described as a delightful case of "bus driver-induced mental illness." It is essential to recognize the frustrations that have driven me to employ harsh words in my complaint. The stress of these encounters can be overwhelming, and the absurdity of the situation has pushed me to my comedic limits. 🤯😂

    🔎🚏 Alas, I must confess that it's nearly impossible to file a complaint when these drivers refuse to grace us with their names or provide a simple ID card. Perhaps they believe in maintaining an air of mystery and intrigue, but it certainly complicates matters when trying to address their outrageous behavior.

    👋✨ On a lighter note, please do convey my warm regards to that particular square spectacle-wearing, high-pressure BC road driver. I must admit, while his antics have tested my patience, he has inadvertently enriched my life with this delightful tale to share. 🤓👓

Now, enter our beloved square-spectacled driver, who seems to possess a unique talent for transforming into a bustling tornado of scolding and shouting. Yes, you guessed it! He unleashed his wrath upon this poor dad, who was just trying to navigate the world with a baby in hand. It's a scene worthy of a melodramatic soap opera, filled with histrionics and questionable parenting advice. 🚼🌪️

    👵🚌 But wait, there's more to this spectacle! In a stunning display of equal opportunity scolding, our driver extraordinaire also had an encounter with an innocent old lady at the new bus stand in Kasaragod. As she innocently went about her day, probably hoping for a peaceful bus ride, she became the unwitting target of our driver's verbal tirades. It's almost as if he had a personal vendetta against the elderly and the vulnerable, choosing them as his preferred targets for a good scolding. I must admit, I'm amazed by the range of characters that our driver manages to engage in his little comedy routine. 👴🎭

      Today 05.05.2016 i was travelling from b c road to mangalore. Since bus is not going to main bus stand (Lalbagh), i have to get down atjyothi & to change bus which is going to lalbagh. While boarding bus, driver started the bus & pulled me for nearly 10 mtrs on road. Bus no. Ka 19 f 2971. @ around 8.35 p.M. Many times i observed that though there is provision for picking up passenger from this point to lalbagh. But bus drivers purposely not stopping the bus at bus stop. They stop at faraway places & making the passengers to run away and board the bus. At this time they not even taking care to see that whether passenger board the bus and making us to fall on the road. It is a request to advice your staff suitably.         Respected Sir I am Pruthviraja V K working at Bangalore my native place is Hospet frequently I travel to my native from Bangalore in KSRTC buses I went to Hospet on 30/04/2016 through Rajahamsa bus for this bus fare is 449.00 the ticket no is-010686.
        On 01/05/2016 I planed my travel to Bangalore same Rajahamsa bus when conductor asked me to buy ticket I given him rs 450.00 but conductor asked me Rs 521.00 instead of Rs 449.00. I shocked why fare is hike I asked conductor he said I don't no you please ask controller than I went ask controller he said yes today is Sunday thats why price is high if you want travel you can otherwise get down from bus in very rudely he said to me in front of all the passengers I felt guilty for asking my rights to him.

        Now I request you if days wise price is there in KSRTC buses why its not informed to passengers before they travels.

        Please refund my excess paid amount and take action against that controller and concerned depot manager he sits at Hospet Bus Stand and Depot.

          Respected sir, meet my self chaitra now Iam travelling from davangere to chitradurga but the conducter sir while issuing ticket even though Iam having student pass he forced me to buy d ticket.then I have too buyed forcefully. my native is chitradurga and there is no university for pg cource for that sake the government of karnataka had provided student pass to help the students but these conductors are not cooperating the students so I kindly request the ksrtc to help the poor students for there higher education by responding to my complaint

            Seats reserved: 5, 6, 7- 3 seats

            While an enquiry today at mangaluru about the correct time of departure, i was informed that the time of departure has been changed from 19.15 to 18.30. Further, the seats reserved have been changed as 3, 4 and 9.
            Its strange to find that such vital and important aspects of the journey have been unilaterally changed without any information to me. I find it highly irresponsible and negligent on the part of ksrtc.
            Now, eventhough fortunately i learnt the change of timings which is inconviniently preponed, i can not accept the change in seats reserved that too not keeping all the seats together on such a long journey. I strongly object and demand immediate restoration of my earlier reserved seats with intimation to me failing which, i will keep my right of taking legal action against ksrtc reserved and will resort to necessary consumer redressal action that is required.

              Hi sir,

              I am writing this regarding the worst experience i faced last sunday (24th april) while travelling towards belgaum from bangalore. I booked the ticket online for awatar bus which starts from shanthinagar at 10 pm. I boarded the bus on time. But the seat i had booked was double sleeper seat and as i was travelling single, i requested the conductor for a single sleeper
              Seat and managed to get it. I got the seat in last, that is seat number 31 upper i hope.In the morning around 4.30 am it happend that someone slowly snatched my handbag which i was keeping just beside my head. As i was awake i suddenly woke up and checked who is that, to my shock that person was the driver who did it. And when he saw me awake he just threw the bag aside some co-passengers seat. Actually the bus has 1 driver and 1 conductor. Where they both drive half and half the journey. So the driver who just finished his turn he was coming to sleep and that time he did this. And the seat where he had to sleep was just behind my seat. So i shouted at him and managed to get back my bag. When i told the same thing to the conductor after reaching belgaum he also didn't listen to me instead he was defending the driver and started giving reasons. Since i was awake and checked on spot when he snatched, i didn't lose anything from bag.
              I have also lodged the written complaint in nwkrtc belgaum central bus station depot with the depot manager. I don't know how seriously they take action hence i thought of lodging the complaint online too as this kind of things really offends the passengers. And people doesn't wish to travel with ksrtc/nwkrtc anymore if this kind of of issues persists. I hereby request you to take serious action on this.
              And i request people to beware of this kind of drivers and conductors.

                Dear concerned team
                I always love to travel by KSRTC from wherever I have to take public transport. My experience has always been good and I always recommend KSRTC for my Kannada and non-Kannada friends.
                I had strange and stupid experience today and I felt really bad about this. My mom was carrying extra clothes from Hyderabad to Bangalore and she did not have additional suitcase and so she took one old cloth bag and stuffed her clothes in that bag. When I was boarding Airavatha club class, driver and conducter told me to pay luggage and I asked them why. They said if it is suitcase we will not charge but if it is cloth bag we would charge as luggage as per the rule. I insisted them to check the bag for content, but their stand was to charge just because it was cloth bag. When I asked if the poor get the clothes in cheap bag, would you charge. Their response was yes. I really felt bad about this and paid 55 rupees for this without uttering any other word. This is not pleasant experience for me, , who is big fan of KSRTC bus and that too when I love your luxury service. When I pay 1000 per ticket, 55 rupees is not big but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Here is my pnr-J57275602

                    Hello,
                    I left my bag in ksrtc bus which contained camera, data card, charger, adapter, agreement copy etc.
                    Ticked obtained at mysore road satellite bus stop, 16/04/2016 7:10pm. Bus reached mysore at 12:08am due to route deviation. I was the last person to get down from bus.
                    I enquired at mysore ksrtc help center with my ticket but they failed to help or give any information about bus. I searched all bus parked (As suggested few bus staff) till 2am but could not find the bus.
                    The bus belongs 'stage 6' and called in-charge person but he too failed to help. How difficult it is to provide the driver's number when i have all details with me? They were least bothered to ask any details about ticket, what do this mean?
                    This clearly shows that they are not interested to return the bag. Really disappointed with this attitude.

                    I met the driver, he was not aware of the luggage when he parked the bus at depot and due to late night (12:10am) he did not inspect. I trust his words and gave up on search.

                      I have booked bus from Bangalore to Coimbatore. During the travel bus got Breakdown and driver has stopped the bus near to Dharmapuri (Tamilnadu) round 3.30 AM. Conductor said another bus will come from bangalore in next 2hrs. But no alternate bus came till 3hrs. Me and along with other passengers boarded Tamilnadu State owned TNSTC transport in my own Expences to Coimbatore. That is Ugadhi function time, It was special Bus. Please make necessary preventive measures when providing additonal/Special services by pre-cautionary methods to avoid these type of issues. Please treat this complaint seriously.

                        Dear team,
                        I am a frequent traveller of ksrtc airawat, and it was always good experience but the below matter was very pathetic, this was a travell without/limited oxygen.
                        I have booked a ticket in ksrtc airawat ac sleeper class from pune to bangalore, travel date was 10/04/2016 at 6.04 pm. But actually semisleeper vehicle with number ka-9290 came where ac was not working. I have paid 1810 rs for ac sleeper class, where as there were neither sleeper nor working ac. Where as for ac sleeper charges are around 1150 rs.

                        When i have asked for the refund there is no satisfactory response from any one in ksrtc. May i know how to get the refund for the amount.

                            In the bus in front seats there is too cool and in back ac is not even working we are like gonna die... We want our money bAck there is leakege of ac in middle, and in last of bus there is not even air was coming.we told to bus conductor and bus driver they was always telling that they can't do anything the ac is on 25 and i cant increase.and there was a pregnent woman also she also complaint, they did'nt do anything. I was feeling very bad. Sir i need my money back

                                On 11th april'16 i traveled with my family from bengaluru to pune by airavat diamond class
                                Bus number: ka-xxxx-1633
                                Trip code: 1904bngpna
                                My pnr : j56974060

                                I had to undergo the following difficulties due to the operational mismanagement of airavat
                                1) the bus was scheduled to leave shanti nagar depot at 18.00 hrs, instead it left only at 18.30 hours. No proper reason given by the driver
                                2) the bus stopped for dinner at around 22.30. Passengers were not given sufficient time to have dinner
                                3) the bus stopped at multiple locations to load and unload parcel along the route. I guess drivers deliver parcel without the consent of ksrtc. Since these parcels are kept in the lower boot of the bus, passengers are forced by the drivers to keep their big luggage above the seats. There are chances of luggage falling down and causing injury
                                4) the bus stopped at 8.30 am on 12th apr’16 for breakfast and for toilet(After 10 hours) of travel. This caused serious trouble to almost all the passengers, esp to women passengers. Also the bus did not stop at the designated place for breakfast, it was a filthy restaurant with stinking toilets
                                5) the bus reached swargate at 10.30 am instead of its designated 8.00 am schedule. A clear 2.30 hours delay. It did not find any traffic jam along the route which could cause a 2.30 hours delay. This delay is due to the unscheduled stops which the driver made to load and unlod the parcels

                                I hope and trust you take my complaint seriously and take strict action against all the drivers/authorities concerned. This spoils the reputations of airavat.

                                  Sir,

                                  Many of the buses particularly to say of bangalore and mysore depot are not giving stop to high court of karnataka, dharwad. There is stage to high court of karnataka, dharwad. I am the passanger travelling between dharwad and belgaum daily for job working. I have also got monthly pass. My pass id is 105959. I have requested the conductors and drivers of the concerned buses i.E. Of bangalore and mysore depot, but they straightaway rejecting to give stop before high court of karnataka. They say that in electronic ticket machine, the said stage is not fed. Hence, it is not possible to give stop there. Please resolve this issue and give suitable instructions to the concerned to set right this problem.

                                    Yesterday ( 6th april 2016 ) around 9 am our servant maid aged around 50 years got injured in the forehead when the driver applied sudden brakes near venkateshwara temple in vonti kapool.There was no first aid box equipped with first aid medicines in the bus nor was she taken care off other than giving her a used towel for wiping off the blood stains.Today also she reported swelling in her face.

                                      Hello to no one or if some one get a chance to peeep this mail,

                                      Anyhow i was just checking whether is there a diff b/w Karnataka SRTC & Private buses.

                                      Can u xplain me why there is a Rate Fluctuations (RF) happening on every weekend or any other special days. RF should happen only if there is a special /extra bus introduced. But why the hell you guys keep changing the rate each and every often.

                                      Also, if there is a sudden increase in oil prices then again inflation but if the oil prices dropped then no change in the fare.

                                      Please give me an explanation on this, if i wish you replied to this. But anyhow that is not going to happen.

                                      I don't know whether who ever is raised this question or not. But please do let me know the answer for this..
